Transportation, Dispatcher, & Receiver Job Information:

• Wage $20-$25hr based upon experience
• The position is responsible for working with clients and vendors to resolve concerns. 
• Respond to any claims submitted by customers. 
• Analyzing any errors committed and providing feedback for improving procedures in our transportation department. 
• Shift Times are from 5:00am-1:00pm Monday-Saturday

 Accountabilities:  

• Plans, distributes, monitors, and follows-up daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced per company standards and agreements. 
• Maximize truck capacity for the most efficient routes.  
• Follow up with Drivers to communicate any areas of improvement or concerns regarding routes.  
• Ensure timely deliveries to customers with time constraints.  
• Coordinate pick up of returns while ensuring efficient routing and safe load transportation. 

Transportation, Dispatcher, & Receiver Requirements:

• 1-3 years Transportation Dispatching Experience
• Experience with routing software and logistics preferred.  
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) § Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Data entry experience  
• Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company.  
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit.  
• Must bring a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.  
• Bilingual Preferred in English and Spanish  
• Effective time management and organizational skills 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
